What can I say other then "Yum"?!
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 cups of quick cooking oats
2 cups carmel chips
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tbs Cold Brew Coffee concentrate
preheat oven to 400
1) Beat together the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter. When well blended add the eggs and vanilla.
2) Mix together Dry ingredients... salt, baking pwder, baking soda, cinnamon, flour and quick oatmeal and add these ingredients to the butter mixture.
3) Stir in caramel chips.
4) Bake 6-7 minutes..be sure not to overcook.
for the glaze; whisk the powdered sugar with the cold brew Consentrate.... drizzle over cooled cookie.
